things that have been happening in my life lately...

Lets start back at the beginning of this year...

January 

I spent new years eve at my friend Kathryn's house we had a great night welcoming in the new year
 
 
my next door neighbours Nick & Rachel welcomed there seconded beautiful daughter Rosanna Faith into the world on the 20th of January
 

 

 

 

  
 
 
 
 
 
 

February

my friend Charlotte welcomed her son Logan Bradley into the world on the 20th of February
 
 
I designed and made my first business cards (with a little help from the printers at moo.com)

I love them, my course manger at university said that they look very professional
 
my best friend Candace told me some amazing news... she's engaged!
 
she also asked me to be her maid of honour at her wedding in August
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

April 

Dad celebrated his 61st birthday
 

May 


I went to Manchester to see my best friend Candace, we met up at the Trafford Centre and went  dress shopping for the wedding.  unfortunately there wasn't anything suitable for the wedding or in the right colour, however we had a lovely catch up.  My younger sisters went to see McBusted in Manchester whilst Mum, Dad and I enjoyed a meal at Carluccio's in the Trafford Centre
 

June

Mum and Dad celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary in Amsterdam on the 17th June
they also enjoyed an evening meal and a nights stay at the Pipe and Glass (Michelin Guide Restaurant) as a gift from my sisters Sarah & Sammie on the 27th June.
 
went up to my friend Charlotte's house near Scarborough for her son Logan Bradley's naming ceremony - what a lovely day it was.
 
went across to Manchester to visit my best friend Candace and to meet her future husband Daniel for the first time, went out for drinks, had my dress fitted for the wedding and went out for a lovely meal.
 

July

On the 3rd of July I graduated from Bishop Burton College with a foundation degree in Multidisciplinary Design from Leeds Metropolitan University, my Grandpa, Grandma, Mum, Dad and Sisters shared this exciting day with me.

Mum celebrated her 51st birthday
 
Went across to Manchester again on the 24th of July to pick my best friend Candace up for her 1st Hen Do, I took her to the Ribby Hall Spa Hotel near Preston for a relaxing overnight stay, during our stay we enjoyed the thermal journey, a mud treatment, a 3 course Michelin guide recommended meal in the hotels brassiere, a bottle of champagne in our room, a few Cinderella cocktails (Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice, Lemon Juice, Archers Peach Schnapps and Grenadine) and a lovely breakfast the following morning.
I then took Candace to Blackpool Pleasure Beach on the 25th of July, we went on plenty of rides including Valhalla and the Pepsi Max Big One, we also went to see Hot Ice before heading home.
 

August

dislocated my knee again!
 
spent a week at guide camp from the 2nd of August until the 9th August

Went Shopping in York on the 17th of August with Mum, Dad & Sammie had my make up done at the CHANEL counter in the Fenwick's Department Store - Spent A Lot Of £'s
 
Went Shopping in York Again on the 18th of August with my sister Sammie
 
got my hair done on the 22nd of August
 
went over to Manchester on the 23rd of August for my best friend Candace's 2nd hen do... Champagne Afternoon Tea at Cloud 23 in the Hilton hotel.
 
Went Shopping in York Again on the 24th of August, this time at the Designer Outlet with Mum and Dad... we enjoyed a late lunch at the wagamama's there it was delicious!
 
Went Shopping in Beverley on the 25th of August with Mum.
 
 

as you can tell I've had a very busy summer. there are a lot of things that have happened throughout this year that I haven't mentioned on here as they are personal to me and the rest of my family (I hope you all understand). there is still more to come this summer before I enrol on my new degree course in September...
