The photographs below show the finished kitchen, I love this kitchen as my Dad says it looks like a kitchen from a magazine, I'm very proud of the look that we achieved with this kitchen its very sleek, modern and has a designer look. If I had my own house or my Mum and Dad had the money to let me redesign their kitchen this is defiantly the look that I'd be going for...
As you can see this kitchen has lighting fitted on top of the wall cabinets, inside the wall cabinets and underneath the wall cabinets, the clear glass jars on display add a little extra focal point on the kitchen worktops. The tall cabinet to the left hand side of this photograph contains the fridge freezer giving the room a unified look
The Frankie sink and Frankie tap in this photograph are defiantly a big focal point in the room they have a sleek modern finish and the tap has a brushed chrome finish which matches the cabinet handles perfectly, the left cabinet contains the washing machine, the middle cabinet houses the sinks plumbing and the right cabinet contains the dish washer. The window looks out over the front garden and across to the country lane on which the house is situated
This is the new brushed chrome range oven, splash back and cooker hood, the draws either side of the cooker contain cutlery, utensils, pots and pans. The tiles on the walls are made from 100% natural stone which means that none of them are exactly the same, they look lovely and are all a slightly different shade of colour
Here you can see the breakfast bar, my cousins toy storage unit with wooden wall hanging above it and a floating light shelf above that. You can also see the Aqua Step flooring that we fitted, Aqua Step is very quick and easy to fit and gives a great finish
Another view of the breakfast bar looking from the door into the kitchen across towards the double doors that lead into the open plan living/dining room at the back of the house. Here you can also see the black wine cooler in its wooden housing
The breakfast bar again from yet another angle this time looking towards the seating/storage area next to the wine cooler with another floating light shelf above it
A view across the kitchen
The new Aqua Step flooring really does make the room look huge
The different lighting effects are lovely in this room
The yellow jug in this photograph really adds a nice little pop of colour that's not to bold as you can still see through it
We repainted the walls an off white colour which has the smallest amount of grey pigment in it just to set the white floor and white ceiling off against each other, we didn't want a harsh colour on the wall as we still wanted the room to still looks uniformed
The dark patch on the wall is drying out plaster, we plastered the walls to give a sleek finish
Here are a few panoramic photographs of the finished kitchen taken on my iPhone to try and give you a sense of how big the kitchen really is (ITS HUGE)
More views of the finished kitchen...
Here you can see the basics of what this draw contains
Here is the cutlery draw
As you can tell by the amount of photographs in this post I really like this kitchen!
Thanks for viewing my post,
